Our state-of-the art facilities produce safe and high-precision tablets.
We are proud of our annual production capacity of 1 billion tables manufactured in our 3 tablet manufacturing lines.
A sealed production area can handle pharmacologically active medicine.
A serial process such as weighing, granulation, drying, mixing, tableting and coating is available in an identical production area. Tableted products go through printing process and are inspected and selected by a latest automatic inspecting machine.
Wide variety from uncoated tablets, film coated tablets (FC) to enteric coated tablets can be handled. Also, we can meet broad needs of tablet production by manufacturing complicated shaped tablets, for example.
PTP integrated packaging machine covers PTP processing, inspection, integration, pillow packaging, individual packaging, case packing, printing and wrapping. Our three PTP packaging lines are integrated in order to produce high credibility products by fulfilling various product needs.
